Review: Soap and Glory Glow Job Daily Radiance Moisture Lotion

2.5 out of 5 stars
Summary brief

If you like a very light moisturizer and a sun-kissed face, then Glow Job Daily Radiance Moisture Lotion may be for you. Glow Job does everything it says it will do, but we’re not convinced the extra effort or cost is worth it. Here’s why: the lotion contains tiny bronzeburst beads that pop open and turn this product into a liquid bronzer. Sounds great, but if you need more moisture, you’ll also get more color whether you want it or not. Either way, if you wear foundation, you’ll cover up your Glow Job. You can wear it alone, but with no SPF and no coverage, it may get pushed to the side of your makeup bag.

brief

Soap and Glory is a green cosmetics company that doesn’t test on animals, so we wanted to give its Glow Job Daily Radiance Moisture Lotion a fair shot. While I suspect this liquid bronzer would be more beneficial to me in the warmer months, I disliked having a bronzed face when the rest of me looked like it had been a while since I’d seen the sun. The moisture aspect has potential, but only if the bronzeburst beads could be removed. There is no way to get the right amount of hydration without increasing the depth of your fake tan. I’m intrigued by the company, though, and look forward to trying more of their products, hopefully with better results!

brief

This product did not help me "get up and glow.” It just didn’t do much for my skin and the bronzing beads seemed pointless after I applied my foundation. There is no SPF so there will always be an added step, and I think the price is quite high. Sorry Glow Job, this product did not grow on me. (The only thing growing on me now are blemishes.)

This product has unique Bronzeburts, which pop when massaged into your lotion. It does give a beautiful glow, but that asset is easily covered up by foundation.

I really loved the Soap and Glory Glow Job Daily Radiance Moisture Lotion! I think this product is best worn alone, however it does not include SPF, so you have to be aware of how much sun you are going to get when wearing it. And remember, a little goes a very long way!

A two-in-one moisturizing lotion and temporary self-tanner, Glow Job™ features micro Bronzeburst™ Beads that ‘pop’ when you massage them, leaving you looking, healthy, refreshed, and just ever so slightly sun-kissed. (For those in the nose… it smells like sweet orange peel oil & vanilla.)
